Whitley Johnson

Whitley Johnson serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Tinuiti since November 2021 and also facilitates the #IamRemarkable initiative, empowering women and underrepresented groups to articulate their accomplishments. Prior experience includes roles such as Training and Development Manager at Bergelectric and Director of Culture & Training at Cabrillo Credit Union. Whitley started a career at Navy Federal Credit Union, holding various positions from Contact Center Agent to Branch Operations Trainer II. Currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership and Technology Management at Olympic College, Whitley focuses on fostering inclusive workplace environments and enhancing training programs.
