Kath Hamilton

Kath Hamilton is currently working as the Chief Product + Technology Officer at Tinybeans since October 2022. Prior to that, they were the Founder and CEO of loop+, a continuous care platform, from July 2018 onwards. In this role, they led the product development lifecycle, built the team, and managed capital raising, corporate partnerships, and sales. Kath also worked as the COO at WalkWell from September 2016 to July 2018. Before that, they worked as a Digital Consultant at Westfield World Trade Center from August 2015 to August 2016 and as the General Manager, Retailer Digital Services and Partnerships at Westfield Labs from June 2013 to February 2015. Kath's experience also includes various roles at Yahoo, where they served as an Audience and Operations Director from March 2011 to March 2013, an Audience Director from January 2009 to March 2011, a General Manager, Media from September 2007 to December 2008, and the Head of Community, Lifestyle + Entertainment from June 2006 to August 2007. Additionally, they worked as a Network Director at News Interactive from March 2004 to May 2006, a Launch Producer, Music Downloads [Secondment] at Telstra BigPond from September 2003 to December 2003, and as the Head of Production at itv|world from March 2002 to October 2003. Kath started their career as an Interactive Designer/Producer at Interactive Advertising Agencies from January 2000 to March 2002.

Kath Hamilton earned a Bachelor's Degree in Arts in Communications from the University of Technology Sydney in 2001. Kath later completed an Accelerated Leadership Development Program at AGSM @ UNSW Business School in 2006. In 2013, they obtained an Executive Certificate in Management & Leadership, Strategy & Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management.
