Claire Hilbrink-Damen

Claire Hilbrink-Damen is currently the Head of People at Tinybird.co. Claire has previously worked as the Head of People Partnering at Mollie from October 2019 to October 2021. There, they were responsible for building up Mollie's People Partnering team and leading the team of 4 FTEs. Claire was also a member of the HR Leadership Team and advised Commerce leadership on people-related strategies and decisions. Furthermore, they were responsible for Learning and Development at Mollie, creating Mollie's L&D Plan and designing various L&D programs. Claire has experience in driving company-wide performance processes and eNPS initiatives, as well as actively using people data.

Claire Hilbrink-Damen holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Events Management from Business School Notenboom at the University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, they have a European Baccalaureate from European School Brussels III. Claire also has various certifications, including ones from LinkedIn Learning in People Analytics, de Baak in High Performance Leadership, and Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in Disc Certified Trainer.
