Jill Cohn

Jill Cohn is the Director of Human Resources at Tinycare. Jill has over three years of experience in human resources and has a proven track record of success in developing training programs, performance management systems, and employee coaching programs. Jill has also led acquisition integration for a company and completed the assimilation on time. In their previous role at Reimer Law Co., they created a robust training program including new hire onboarding and a manager training curriculum including interviewing, legal compliance, coaching, team development, and performance management. Jill also redesigned the performance management system to include assessments, development plans, training, coaching, and feedback.

Jill Cohn attended The Ohio State University for their Bachelor's Degree in English. Jill then attended Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law for their Juris Doctor (J.D.), Cum Laude. Jill is certified from the United States District Court in the United States District Court - Northern District of Ohio, as well as The Ohio Supreme Court, where they are licensed to practice law.
