Jonathan Ng is currently the Head of Coffee at Tiong Bahru Bakery. Jonathan has previously worked as a service crew member at Xing Fu Tang, LLC, where they prepared tea and bubble tea pearls, and delivered excellent customer service to both walk-in customers and food delivery riders. Jonathan is passionate about coffee, and is excited to be able to share their love of coffee with others through their work at Tiong Bahru Bakery.
Jonathan Ng completed a Diploma of Education in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Prior to that, they had completed their GCE 'O' Levels at St. HIldas' Secondary School.
Jonathan Ng works with Jo Lim - Logistics Manager, Lai Jin Chet - Senior Restaurant Manager, and Juliette Metais - Area Manager. Jonathan Ng reports to Sebastien Le Gall, Group F&B Director.
