Hiske Damhuis

Hiske Damhuis has extensive work experience in human resources. Hiske began their career at Nortel Networks in 1997, where they served in various HR roles, including Regional HR Leader for Benelux and Nordics. In this position, they were responsible for developing and delivering HR strategies to support business objectives and managing various HR functions such as talent management, compensation, and employee relations. Hiske also worked as an HR Manager for Nortel Networks in the Netherlands from July 2001 to September 2002.

In 2006, Damhuis joined GE Capital as the HR Manager for TIP and Rail Services Europe. Later, they became the HR Director for Equipment Services - Europe. Hiske worked in this role until October 2013 when they joined TIP Trailer Services as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Hiske Damhuis attended Bs Human Resources Management from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management.
