Emilia Mahaney

Emilia Mahaney has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Emilia is currently working as a Frontend Developer at Tipalti since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Cybrary from 2016 to 2021 as a Frontend Developer, where they played a key role in rebuilding and redesigning the website, managing the community, and providing customer support. Emilia also worked at Jagex from 2011 to 2017 as a Player Moderator, where they reported users, managed online safety, and contributed to gaming content development. Additionally, they have worked as a Student Tutor at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, a Web Designer at NCCSAFE, and in the Office of Public Outreach at the Space Telescope Science Institute. Emilia also held roles at the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), Carroll Museums Inc, and Tau Sigma National Transfer Honors Society. Prior to their professional work, they worked as an Au Pair at AuPairCare. Emilia's experience includes website development, design, customer support, community management, content development, and leadership roles.
