Mehak Batra

Mehak Batra began their career in 2012 as a Co-op Mining Engineer at Grande Cache Coal Corp. Mehak worked in a team of engineers and focused on project management and execution. Mehak then joined Budget Rent a Car BC in 2013 as a Sales Representative, where they provided high-level customer service and consistently exceeded sales targets. In 2014, Mehak worked as a Co-op Engineer at Cameco Corporation, gaining experience in project management and conducting inspections. Mehak then transitioned to JKAM Dream Homes in 2015 as a Project Coordinator, where they demonstrated excellent scheduling and project management skills and interacted with clients to sell townhomes.

In 2016, Mehak joined Bench Accounting as an Accounting Associate, and later joined Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (CC&L) in 2017. At CC&L, they worked as an Institutional Portfolio Operations Specialist and later became a Senior Analyst, specializing in Corporate Actions. Most recently, Mehak joined Tipalti in 2021, starting as an Inbound Sales Development Representative and eventually transitioning to an Outbound Sales Development Representative. In 2023, they assumed the role of Account Executive. Overall, Mehak has gained extensive experience in diverse roles across various industries, showcasing strong skills in project management, sales, customer service, and financial operations.

Mehak Batra completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASC) degree in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering at The University of British Columbia from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, Mehak Batra has passed Level 3 of the CFA Program through the CFA Institute.
