Phil Goldfarb has extensive work experience in the sports industry, primarily with the Columbus Crew soccer team. Phil began their tenure with the Columbus Crew in 2008, starting as an Inside Sales Representative and later moving up to roles such as Season Ticket Account Executive and Sr. Season Ticket Account Executive, where they focused on cultivating relationships with clients and driving ticket sales.

In 2013, Phil transitioned to the position of Business Development Manager, Corporate Partnerships, where they were responsible for prospecting and developing new corporate partners for the soccer club.
