Mikayla Plaziuk

Mikayla Plaziuk has been in the workforce since 2014. Mikayla began their career as an Apprentice Hairdresser at Hype Hair Spa, where they studied full-time while learning the skills required to become a fully Qualified Hairdresser. Mikayla then moved on to Rodney Wayne Ltd. in 2016, where they worked as a Hairdresser and demonstrated their communication, resilience, and sales skills. In 2020, they began working as an Administrative Assistant at The Carpet Lady Inc., where they handled customer contact, client relations, booking systems, communication, social media accounts, customer queries, and reconciling accounts. Mikayla then moved on to Trade Stays in 2021, where they worked as Sales Support. Currently, they are a Business Consultant at TiPJAR\u00ae.

Mikayla Plaziuk obtained an International Certificate in Hairdressing from the Premier Hairdressing Academy between 2014 and 2018. In 2021, they obtained an Introduction to Python certification from Code First Girls and a SheCodes Coding Workshop certification from SheCodes Workshops.
