Joseph-Phillip Calderon II is a highly experienced professional in tactical medicine and emergency response, currently serving as a GATA II Instructor for the U.S. Department of State since March 2022, overseeing various ATA/DSS training courses. In addition, Joseph-Phillip is a TCCC Subject Matter Expert for the US Army 68W Sustainment Program and leads as the Medical Subject Matter Expert with Responder Training Services.
