Michael Lepine

Michael Lepine is a Sr. Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer at Tipping Point Solutions Inc., focused on designing and developing eLearning solutions and simulations for various sectors including military. Previously, Michael served as Principal Consultant at Knowledge Sense Learning Solutions, specializing in instructional systems design, learning project management, and curriculum development. Additional experience includes roles as an Adjunct Faculty member at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, and instructional designer positions at Axion Health Inc., The Regis Company, Avaya, Sun Microsystems, and StorageTek. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Learning Systems Design and Management from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative and Expository Writing from the University of Colorado Boulder.
