Efrat Bergman

Efrat Bergman has a varied work experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Efrat has recently served as the Head of HR at TipRanks since May 2021. Prior to this, they gained extensive experience working at Trax Retail from 2015 to 2021. Efrat held multiple roles at Trax, including Global HRBP, Regional HR Manager, and HR | Talent Acquisition Manager. At Trax, they were involved in the development of image recognition technology for retail analytics. Before joining Trax, Efrat worked temporarily on a project at Appleseeds Academy in 2014. Efrat also worked at Mellanox Technologies from 2010 to 2013 as an HR manager focusing on organizational development, recruitment, and employee wellbeing. Efrat began their career as a placement consultant for tech positions at Hever Human Capital from 2006 to 2008.

Efrat Bergman pursued their education at the University of Haifa, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree between 2004 and 2007. The field of study for their Bachelor's degree is not specified. Following this, they went on to complete a Master's degree in Organizational Development at the same university, from 2009 to 2011.
