Mukti Krido

Mukti Krido has extensive work experience in the field of Quality Assurance and Engineering. Mukti started their career at Sistema Technology as a Software Developer in 2007. Mukti then worked as a Test Engineer for Convergence Billing Huawei for a CDMA Operator on a contract basis. Mukti joined Trend Communication International where they served as a Technical Consultant and later became a Consultant, working on CRM-Middleware-OCS engagements for the largest GSM operator in Indonesia. Mukti also performed proof of concept (POC) implementations and worked as a senior software engineer for internal development. Mukti then joined Tech Mahindra as a Test Lead for System Integration Testing.

In 2010, they joined Openet as a Software Engineer for the LMS Project on a contract basis. Mukti later transitioned to the role of Support Engineer for the PCRF Project, where they acted as the primary contact for product problems and queries, tracked all queries on the call tracking system, and worked on production tickets to meet SLA requirements.

Mukti's career continued to progress as they became a QA Manager at elevenia in 2016. Mukti then worked as a QA Lead and a Senior QA Engineer at Kudo - PT Kudo Teknologi Indonesia. At Grab, Mukti held the position of QA Engineering Manager. Mukti also served as the QA Manager at tiket.com and is currently employed as the Engineering Lead Quality Engineer at TipTip. Overall, Mukti Krido has gained extensive experience and expertise in quality assurance and engineering throughout their career.

Mukti Krido attended Universitas Gunadarma from 2003 to 2006. The degree and field of study at the university are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Mukti has obtained several certifications including "Inter-mediatE - Convergent Billing Mediation Advance Training," "Inter-mediatE - Convergent Billing Mediation Basic Training," "Openet Fusionworks Convergent Charging & Mediation Training," "Openet Fusionworks Rating (NER) Training," "Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition Workshop," and "SunTec TBMS-T Training." However, the institutions, months, and years of obtaining these certifications are not specified.
