Sheri Harper Mba

Sheri Harper, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced HR professional with a strong track record in strategic leadership and organizational development. Sheri currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Tire Discounters, Inc., where they provide strategic guidance and executive coaching to the senior leadership team. In this role, they oversee various HR functions, including talent management, change management, succession planning, and training and development. Prior to joining Tire Discounters, Inc., Sheri founded and served as the Principal of Inspire Excellence Consulting, LLC. Sheri also held the position of Chief People Officer at Frisch's Restaurants, Inc., where they spearheaded the modernization of the HR infrastructure and implemented new people and business capabilities. Sheri's earlier experience includes serving as the HR Director - US Operations at The Wendy's Company and holding leadership positions at Empirian Property Management, Inc. (formerly Lexford Division of Equity Residential), Equity Residential, ASC Group, Inc., and Old Trail Printing Company. Throughout their career, Sheri has consistently focused on driving organizational effectiveness, supporting business strategies, and implementing effective HR policies and practices.

Sheri Harper earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Accounting, and Economics from Muskingum University, graduating in 1996. Sheri then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in HR Management from Upper Iowa University, completing their studies in 2009.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sheri Harper has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In 2005, they received the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Later, in 2015, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
