Tanuja Sarkar

Tanuja Sarkar is a Linguistics Engineer at Tisane Labs since December 2020, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at Thomson Reuters, where Tanuja held positions as Engagement Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and NLP Software Engineer between June 2008 and February 2013. Prior to that, Tanuja worked as an NLP Researcher at TrulyIntelligent Technologies Pvt Ltd from February 2007 to May 2008. Tanuja's academic background includes a B2 degree in German from the Goethe Institute in Bangalore (2015-2017), an MS by Research in Computational Linguistics from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (2004-2007), and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Raipur (2000-2004). Additional early education included a 10+2 in English, Physics, and Mathematics from Salem English School (1996-2000).
