Austen Cote

Austen Cote has a diverse work experience that includes roles in data engineering, business intelligence, teaching, and military service. Austen worked at TISTA Science and Technology Corporation as a Data Engineer and later as a Business Intelligence Lead. Prior to that, Austen was a PDX Code Guild Teacher Aide. Austen also served as a Supervisor of Operations, Senior Operations Program Manager, and Senior Project Manager in the United States Marine Corps. Additionally, Austen worked as a Package Handler at FedEx.

Austen Cote completed the MERN Stack Advanced JavaScript program at PDX Code Guild in 2020. Prior to that, in 2019, Austen also attended PDX Code Guild for Computer Software and Media Applications. Austen studied General Studies at Portland State University from 2009 to 2011. Austen received a Single Pitch Instructor certification from the American Mountain Guide Association between 2017 and 2020. Furthermore, Austen obtained a high school diploma from Gladstone High School in 2009. Additionally, Austen has acquired various certifications, including Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, React Hooks, and Wilderness/Remote Location First Aid, among others.
