Harold Holmes

Harold (Ric) Holmes is a seasoned professional in the technology and project management sectors, currently serving as the Founder of ANCAM Veteran Technology Consultants since January 2023. Prior to this role, Holmes held multiple positions at TISTA Science and Technology Corporation, including Director of VA/FedHealth Growth and VA T4NG Account Director, starting in June 2019. From October 2008 to March 2019, Holmes was a Program Director and Senior Program Manager at Kforce Government Solutions, Inc., overseeing various Veteran Affairs projects and managing multiple contract teams. Other notable experience includes senior roles at Harris Corporation, CACI Ltd, AOL, and Electronic Data Systems, along with providing support to the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet project and the General Motors Powertrain Program Management Office. Holmes began a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, serving from January 1988 to September 1997.
