Phaedon Hain

Phaedon Hain began their work experience in 2010 as a Graphic Designer at PHK.design, then moved on to be a Multimedia Specialist at Yorktel in 2012. Phaedon later worked as a User Interface Designer at Aquilent in 2016 and as a Senior UX Designer at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2017 to 2020. Following this, they worked as a UX/UI Designer at Softworld and then transitioned to TISTA Science and Technology Corporation, where they held roles as a UX/UI Designer and User Experience Lead. At TISTA, Phaedon managed teams, conducted user research, developed wireframes, prototypes, and task flows, and facilitated the hand off of design ideas to business analysts and developers.

Phaedon Hain obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Design and Visual Communications, General from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2010. In 2016, they earned a certificate in User Experience Design from General Assembly. Phaedon also attended Officer Candidate School in the United States Marine Corps in 2009. In 2019, they obtained a UX Certificate from the Nielsen Norman Group.
