Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Cardiff University, from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Neil has also achieved certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, awarded by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
