Jefferson Nieto

Jefferson Nieto's work experience includes various roles in the field of information technology, design, and production. Jefferson is currently working as an Information Technology Team Lead at Titan Technologies, where they coordinate and leads a team of technicians providing on-site and remote support to a local government enterprise system. Jefferson also manages internal processes and maintains a digital knowledgebase for training and reference purposes.

Prior to this role, Jefferson worked as an Information Technology Field Technician at Insight Global, where they provided on-site and remote assistance for an enterprise level local government system. Jefferson refined the break/fix process for laptop and desktop repairs and managed warranty repair validation and processing.

Before their experience in IT, Jefferson worked as a Printer Operator at Ametrine Inc. and held various roles at VH Sign Company, Signarama, and American Image, where they designed and produced signage for different applications and operated and maintained various equipment.

Jefferson's earliest work experience was at Paloma's Jewelry Corp, where they operated a high-end laser engraver, handled conceptual product design, and performed product photography/editing.

Jefferson Nieto obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
