Wesley Winn Jr.

Wesley Winn Jr. has over 25 years of work experience in business development, strategy, and management roles. Wesley is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Business Development at Titan Technologies, where they lead the development of U.S. Federal Government opportunities within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DOD). Previously, Wesley worked at Jacobs as the Director of Operations Management, overseeing cost, schedule, and risk management for programs. Wesley also led business development and capture management, resulting in over $300 million in wins. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of GEOINT Business Development and Strategy at Harris Corporation, where they focused on growing the company's footprint within the Intelligence sector. Wesley has also held director positions at Octo Consulting Group and Harris Corporation, managing high-volume, agile software development programs. Earlier in their career, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at OPTIMUS Corporation and held various sales and account management roles at The Orkand Corporation, Federal Sources, Inc., and GCI Information Services, Inc. Wesley is experienced in developing strategies, building relationships, and closing multimillion-dollar contracts.

Wesley Winn Jr. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Virginia Tech during the years 1991-1996. Additionally, they completed an MBA at the University of Michigan-Flint for the year 2009-2010.
