Frank McGovern

Frank McGovern has over 20 years of work experience in the title insurance industry, with a focus on underwriting counsel and leadership roles. Frank started their career in 2001 at T.A. Title Insurance Company as an Underwriting Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Frank then joined First American Title Insurance Co. in 2004 as an Underwriting Counsel before moving to Fidelity National Title in 2006 as a Vice President. In 2008, Frank joined the US Army as a Judge Advocate, serving until 2012. Since then, they have been working as the VP of Northeast Underwriting Counsel at Title Resources Guaranty Company.

Frank McGovern has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Frank also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Widener University. Additionally, they have earned a J.D. and M.B.A. from Widener University Schools of Law.
