John Timpano

John Timpano currently serves as a Support Specialist at Title Resources Group since July 2023, focusing on troubleshooting account setup issues and enhancing user experience for production software. Prior to this, Timpano worked at Blend / Title365 from June 2012 to March 2023, holding various roles including Applications Support Analyst II, where responsibilities included supporting SoftPro and AtClose production systems and implementing enhancements. Timpano also functioned as System Support Specialist II, managing critical outages and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with IT teams. Earlier in Timpano's career, as a Support Analyst, guidance was provided to clients and colleagues, effectively resolving software issues in partnership with developers and vendors. Additionally, Timpano gained experience as a Floor Manager at SideDoor Cafe from November 2008 to June 2012. Timpano earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Western Governors University between 2009 and 2011.
