Maxence Favre-Verand has worked in various roles since 2006. Maxence began their career as a Ski & Snowboard Instructor at Ecole du Ski Français. In 2008, they took on the role of Guest Services Attendant at Heritage Hotels. In 2011, they became a Debt Collector at EFFICASH. In 2013, they joined C.H. Robinson as an Account Manager, developing existing accounts, managing key accounts, managing tenders and price offers, negotiating with the decision makers of the logistics chain, and advising clients on transport choices. Maxence also provided statistical follow-up of operations for the client. That same year, they also began working as a Concierge Assistant at Hôtel la Réserve Ramatuelle. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Key Account Manager at Tive Inc.

In 2010-2013, they also studied at Universit\u00e9 de Lille, where they earned a Licence de Science et Gestion- Administration des affaires, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2017, they obtained a certificate from CH Robinson in Leadership development Program. In 2007-2008, they attended Southern Lakes English College.
