Claudio Ramos

Claudio Ramos has a solid background in IT, beginning as an Operador Mainframe at Banco Sudameris in 1994. Claudio then transitioned to Banco ABN AMRO S.A. in 2001 as an Especialista em Automação Mainframe & Processos de Governança. Moving to IBM in 2005, they became an Especialista de Serviços de TI before starting their consultancy in 2008 at AutoMF. Joining TIVIT in 2009 as a Gerente de TI, they worked their way up to Diretor de TI and subsequently Head of Line of Business Mainframe and Transactional Services. Claudio'sexpertise lies in automation and IT services management.

Claudio Ramos completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Faculdades Integradas de Guarulhos - FIG-UNIMESP in 2002. Claudio pursued a Specialization in Administration, Business, and Marketing at Fundação Dom Cabral in 2018, and also completed a degree in Strategic IT Management from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração in 2006.
