Tanja Kirchgasser

Tanja Kirchgasser is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Team Leader for Recruiting and Personnel Development at TIWAG-Tiroler Wasserkraft AG since June 2021. Previously, Tanja held the position of HR Manager at TIWAG from September 2012 to May 2021 and was the Head of the Human Resources Department at Volksbank Tirol AG from September 2009 to August 2012. Tanja possesses a strong educational background, holding a Magistra degree in Business Administration and a Magistra degree in Psychology from Universität Innsbruck, as well as a Master of Science in Management & Leadership from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®.
