Monica Dodoc - Barsan has significant work experience in various roles and companies. Monica started their career in 1996 as a Project Manager and Trade Fair Representative for DEUTSCHER INDUSTRIE UND HANDELSTAG. In 1999, they joined Henkel, where they held several positions, including IT - SAP R/3 Senior Consultant and Corporate Director for Global Business Processes. Their responsibilities at Henkel included leading global teams and managing various business processes. In 2018, Monica joined thyssen krupp elevators as the Global Head of SAP Data and Process Harmonization. Monica has a strong background in SAP and a proven track record in optimizing business processes.

Monica Dodoc - Barsan has a diverse education history. In 1988, they obtained a Diplom Ökonomin in Planning and Economical Cybernetics from Academia de Studii Economice din Bucureşti. In 1990, they specialized in Personal Management at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). In 1998-1999, they acquired a degree in SAP Organizator/Consultant for SAP Retail from DEKRA Hochschule für Medien. In 2002, they completed the HIJUMP - Leadership program for high potentials at Henley Business School. In 2010, they attended IESE Business School for Advanced Management Practice. Additionally, they obtained a Mini MBA certification from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in 2021.
