Tali Balan

Tali Balan has extensive experience in recruitment and marketing, particularly within the Russian-speaking community. At Tlalim Group/Authentic Israel since 2012, Tali Balan has served as the Head of Recruitment and Marketing for Masa Tlalim and the Project Manager of the Russian-speaking department. Prior experience includes roles at Taglit, where Tali Balan worked from 2008 to 2020 as a Madricha, and at Masa Israel Journey and The Jewish Agency for Israel, both in 2012 as a coordinator for recruitment efforts. Additional roles in marketing and recruitment were conducted at Midrasha Zionit and the Ezra Youth Movement. Tali Balan holds an M.A. in Age-related Psychology from Moscow State University of Psychology and Education (2008-2011) and has a background in music from the Moscow Special Music School.
