Senior Vice President Of Operations at TLC Community Credit Union

Michael Zarnecki has extensive work experience in the field of operations and management within the credit union industry. Michael currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at TLC Community Credit Union since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Operations at the same organization from November 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining TLC Community Credit Union, Michael worked at First Heritage Federal Credit Union, where they held several roles. From November 2018 to November 2021, they served as the Operations Director. Prior to that, they were the Solutions and Implementation Manager from October 2017 to November 2018, Training Manager from December 2014 to October 2017, and lastly MSR/FSR from March 2010 to December 2014.

Overall, Michael Zarnecki has gained comprehensive experience in various operational and managerial roles throughout their career in the credit union industry.

Michael Zarnecki attended Mansfield University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied Mathematics. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, they attended Rochester Institute of Technology, where they focused on computer software engineering but did not complete a degree. In July 2018, Michael Zarnecki obtained a certification as a Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) from the Credit Union National Association.
