Thomas Schwarting has worked in various roles in the media and entertainment industry. Thomas started as a National TV Analyst at OMD in 2005, where they negotiated advertising inventory for major clients. Thomas then moved on to Turner Sports as a Planner for three years before joining ABC Family as an ASR. Thomas continued their career at Crown Media Networks as an Account Executive and then took on a Sales Executive role at Say Media. Thomas served as Director of Sales at TYT Network before becoming Director of New Business Development at The Madison Square Garden Company. Thomas then worked as Vice President of Sponsorship Sales at Red Phoenix Entertainment before taking on their current role as Head of Partnerships & Content - North America at TLC Worldwide in 2021.

Thomas Schwarting received their Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross. Prior to that, they attended Chaminade High School, graduating in 1998.
