Jonathan Fang

Jonathan Fang, PhD, is an Associate Researcher at TLC BioSciences, specializing in the development of lipid-based drug delivery systems for various therapeutic applications, including osteoarthritis, infectious diseases, and oncology. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship at National Chiao Tung University, focusing on biofunctionalized gold nanoclusters, and a substantial tenure at UCLA, where Jonathan served as both a Postdoctoral Scholar and Graduate Student Researcher. Key research at UCLA included projects on carbon aerogels, lithium intercalation in electrode materials, and sol-gel processes for drug delivery systems and biosensors. Jonathan earned a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
