Nikki Rohm has a diverse and extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Nikki has held various leadership roles in companies such as TLM Partners, Cat Daddy Games, Zynga, and Electronic Arts (EA).

At TLM Partners, Nikki currently serves as the Vice President of Product Development. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Studio Operations at Cat Daddy Games, a subsidiary of 2K Games.

Nikki spent several years at Zynga, where they held the position of Senior Director of Product Development and was responsible for rebuilding the production team for the Central Technology organization. Nikki successfully improved customer confidence by reducing missed deadlines and revamped the product roadmap process.

During a self-employed period, Nikki took a career break to assist with family elder care. Nikki seized this time to complete a mobile app development certificate program and worked as a licensed real estate broker for two years.

At Electronic Arts (EA), Nikki held several key roles. At PopCap Games, they served as the Senior Director of Product Development and Studio Operations, leading the central technology and operations teams responsible for critical products in mobile gaming. Prior to that, they worked in the EA Labels - Bioware division as the Senior Director of Engineering, overseeing strategic initiatives and troubleshooting high-risk game launches.

Nikki also had a significant tenure at the Electronic Arts - Salt Lake Studio, where they acted as the Studio Operations Director and Acting COO. In this capacity, they managed a 120+ person casual game studio, implemented development process improvements, and established an embedded QA team.

Early in their career, Nikki worked as the Senior Development Director at the Electronic Arts - Tiburon Orlando Studio. Nikki directed the development of the highly successful Madden NFL 2004 and other sports titles, contributing to a lucrative franchise.

Nikki Rohm holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Computer Science at the University of Northern Iowa, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. In terms of additional certifications, Nikki Rohm has achieved Certified Agile Leadership I from the Scrum Alliance in May 2020. Nikki also holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the same institution.
