Marlis Kirkman

Marlis Kirkman is an experienced drilling engineer with a diverse background in the energy and geothermal sectors. Currently serving as Lead Drilling Engineer at TLS Geothermics since August 2025 and as a Drilling Engineer Consultant at Marlis Kirkman Consulting since September 2021, Marlis specializes in energy and geothermal projects. Previous roles include Senior Project Engineer at Kitchell, where Marlis managed safety and contractor coordination, and various positions at OMV, including Expert Drilling Engineer and Communications Specialist.
