David Ksyniak

David Ksyniak is an experienced professional in water resources management, currently serving as Operations Manager and Regional Practice Leader at T&M Associates since July 2020. Prior roles include Director of Water Resources at NV5 from June 2019 to July 2020, and extensive experience at CDM Smith, where David held positions including Water Resources Project Manager and Regional Team Leader from June 2016 to June 2019, as well as Water Resources Engineer from August 1999 to February 2014.
