Matthew Wagner, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in structural engineering and project management. Currently serving as Department Manager at T&M Associates since March 2021, Matthew Wagner oversees the operations of the structures department, focusing on financial performance, growth, and quality of deliverables.
