Felipe Alex Goulart is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition specialist at TMF Group since August 2022. Felipe previously held positions at Akaer and Randstad Brasil, focusing on recruitment and selection processes, including competency-based interviews and psychological testing. Throughout a career that began in 2008 with the Polícia Militar do Estado de São Paulo, Felipe has cultivated expertise in various areas such as strategic selection, HR consulting, and general human resource management, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidade Paulista and an MBA in People Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
