Jacob Jurlina

Jacob Jurlina joined TMG in 2021. He oversees financial analyses, development activities, and due diligence of TMG's real estate projects with a specific focus on acquisition and disposition strategies. Prior to TMG, Jacob interned at L37 Partners in San Francisco, where he focused on multi-family developments. Previously, he spent over five years at Ridgewood Energy (an energy-focused private equity firm) focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, and capital markets, as well as two years in the M&A and Strategic Advisory Group at Rothschild & Co.

Jacob earned an M.B.A. from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University and a B.B.A. in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
