Charles Lacey

Charles Lacey has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and industries. Charles started their career as a Lead Designer/Developer at Internet America in 1998, where they designed and programmed websites, provided technical and design input in sales meetings, and ensured customer satisfaction. In 2000, they joined ICBS - Intercommercial Business Systems as the Director of Web and Applications Development, where they conceptualized, programmed, designed, and maintained a SQL-driven .Net web application that significantly increased revenue. Charles also integrated external SQL databases with internal data systems for real-time data flow. In 2019, Charles joined dataVoice International as a Software Developer, involved in the UI/UX redesign and development of legacy software using Vue, PHP, and PostgreSQL. At TMGcore, where they worked as a Frontend Developer starting in 2021, Charles designed and developed HMI interfaces for state-of-the-art server cooling systems, utilizing tools such as Figma and Adobe XD. Additionally, they have experience as an Inventor/CEO at Rain Block LLC, where they have successfully created and managed innovative solutions.

Charles Lacey completed their education from 1987 to 1991 at Stephen F. Austin State University, where they pursued a degree in Marketing with a focus on Marketing Management. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In June 2019, they completed a course in Learning Vue.js from LinkedIn. In June 2021, they earned JavaScript (Basic) and JavaScript (Intermediate) Certificates from HackerRank. Furthermore, in October 2022, they completed a course on Learning npm the Node Package Manager from LinkedIn.
