As the Management Representative for the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management system, Wayne establishes and maintains TMP performance systems. Since 1990, he’s helped promote awareness of customer requirements throughout TMP and combines client input and company wherewithal to develop plans that assure quality expectations are not only met, but exceeded. Wayne graduated Summa Cum Laude from State University College at Buffalo with a degree in Manufacturing Management Engineering / Industrial Technology and is currently a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality Control.
