Steve Gordon

Steve has over 20 years of experience as a strategic business and legal advisor helping technology, health, media, and e-commerce companies innovate, grow globally, and find solutions to complex challenges. His practice spans content, technology licensing, IP, data and privacy matters, direct-to-consumer marketing, litigation, corporate and business development, employment and labor relations, regulatory affairs, international expansion, and corporate compliance at both public and private companies.

Before joining TMRW, Steve led the legal department at Refinery29, where he counseled the company on its diversification into three new business lines, expansion into Europe, and eventual acquisition by Vice Media.

Previously, Steve led commercial, business development, and legal affairs for Everyday Health, guiding the company through its IPO and eventual acquisition by and integration with J2 Global/Ziff Davis. Prior to Everyday Health, Steve helped launch and grow the $1.8 billion travel technology division of Cendant Corporation, where he worked on the acquisition of numerous travel technology companies and facilitated the spinoff and IPO of Orbitz Worldwide.

Steve is passionate about using his skills and knowledge to make a positive change in the world, which is what brought him to TMRW.
