Isaac Wheigar possesses extensive experience in leadership and strategic development within the Christian community, currently serving as Special Counsel on African Partnerships at TMS Global since June 2016. As Church Growth Strategist for the Wesleyan Church of Liberia since December 2012, Isaac focuses on enhancing senior leadership capabilities. Involvement as Co-Chair of the Billion Soul Network reflects commitment to global evangelism efforts. Founding and presiding over the Association of Christian Schools of Liberia since July 2001, Isaac has impacted over 30,000 students through educational leadership programs. Previous roles include CEO of the Association of Evangelicals of Liberia and District Superintendent & CEO of the Wesleyan Denomination in Liberia, contributing significantly to church and community development. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Cross-Cultural Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and degrees in Theology and Chemistry from Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary and the University of Liberia, respectively.
