Qianwei Huang

Qianwei Huang has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. They started their career in 2012 as a Product Designer at Taiwan Forestry Research Institute, where they designed and promoted modular thinning wood toys, created promotional materials, and assisted in organizing national tour promotional activities.

In 2014, Qianwei Huang joined D-Cinema Technology as a Web Designer and Front-end Developer. They developed a new website for Pier2 Cinema, improving the visibility and publicity of movie theaters. They also enhanced the Kiosk and POS systems, reducing complaints and improving task completion rates for customers and work efficiency for employees.

Starting in 2016, Qianwei Huang worked at Mitac International Corp. in various roles. As a GUI Designer, they imported the Design system concept, established a webspace for design resources, and improved the company's Timesheet system. As a User Interface Designer, they collaborated with different teams to provide user-centric experiences for various brands, including Mio and Magellan. They designed a cross-platform service for Mio that won the Taiwan Excellence Award and developed a SaaS system for Magellan that was adopted by US governments.

Qianwei Huang's most recent work experience is as a UX Designer at TMY Technology Inc., starting in 2022.

Qianwei Huang pursued their Bachelor's degree in Crafts and Creative Design from the National University of Kaohsiung. Qianwei attended the university from 2008 to 2012.
