Daniel C. Swinton

Daniel Swinton is a seasoned professional in education-based risk management, compliance, and high-risk behavior, serving as a Partner at TNG Consulting since July 2012. In this role, Daniel contributes to developing systems-level solutions for safer educational environments. Additionally, Daniel holds a partnership at the National Association for Behavioral Intervention and Threat Assessment (NABITA) and has been an advisory board member at the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) since June 2012. Previous leadership positions include President of the Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA) from February 2011 to February 2012 and President of the Vanderbilt University Undergraduate Honor Council from 2006 to 2012. Daniel's academic background includes a J.D. from Brigham Young University and an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership & Policy from Vanderbilt University.
