Yogen Bhatnagar

Yogen Bhatnagar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, road safety, and international officiating. Currently serving as Project Manager and Team Leader for the OPRC World Bank Project at TNM Limited since 2018, Yogen has overseen road network assessments and detailed design preparations. With a background as an International Referee for the Badminton World Federation since 2014, Yogen has officiated at prestigious events including the Olympics and World Championships. Previous roles include Team Leader & Project Manager in Output & Performance Based Road Contracts at TNM Limited in Israel, Road Safety Specialist for the International Road Federation, and Technical Director at URaP International. Yogen's foundational experience at the Roads & Traffic Authority spans two decades, during which vital traffic engineering policies and guidelines were developed. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Transport Management from the University of Sydney, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from La Trobe University, and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
