Bernie Uhlmann

Bernie Uhlmann is a retired professional with extensive experience in education, particularly in special education. Uhlmann served as the Special Education Coordinator for the Saginaw Public School System from 1970 to 1996, contributing significantly to the development and support of students with special needs. Uhlmann holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and has completed a master's-level curriculum in special education at Michigan State University.
