Deanna Heaney

DeAnna Heaney is an accomplished professional in talent operations and project management, currently serving as the Director of Talent Operations and holding multiple leadership roles at Toast since July 2018. Prior experience includes positions as Project Manager at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, where a comprehensive project tracking system was developed for the Sentinel Program, and Quality Improvement Consultant at Boston Children's Hospital, focusing on advancing quality measures in the Pediatric Transplant Center. Earlier roles include Project Manager and Project Coordinator for IHI in the Africa Region, emphasizing regional strategy development and program implementation, as well as a Research Assistant at the Social Enterprise Institute, contributing to social entrepreneurship initiatives at Northeastern University. DeAnna holds a BA in International Affairs from Northeastern University, which was completed in 2011.
