Julie Sullivan

Julie Sullivan is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the FinTech and lending sectors. At Toast, from December 2019 to April 2023, Julie served as the Director of Operations for Lending & Embedded Finance, overseeing various financial products, and previously held the position of Senior Manager, Financing Operations, where Julie managed purchase finance programs. Julie also demonstrated leadership in designing and implementing a new lending program and managing customer financial services operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to Toast, Julie was with CarGurus, where roles included Lead, Customer Success (Implementation) and Customer Success Manager, focusing on team coaching and relationship development with dealerships. Julie's career began at Motus, LLC, as Client Services Manager, followed by a role at Corporate Reimbursement Services as a Member Services Specialist. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Stonehill College and studied at Stellenbosch University.
