Kristina Weingarth

Kristina Weingarth has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kristina is currently working at Tobii as the Head of Global HR Managers, a role they have held since March 2023. In addition, they are also serving as the Global People & Growth Partner and Head of HR in the USA, a position they have held since March 2022.

Before joining Tobii, Kristina worked at Northvolt as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from August 2021 to March 2022. During their time at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, they were involved in the implementation of the Nordic cluster organization and the acquisition in Finland and Norway. Kristina was also a member of the leadership team.
