Ulrika Andersson

Ulrika Andersson began their career at ISS Mayday in 2006, where they worked as a Researcher and later as a Consultant Manager. Ulrika then joined ISS Personaltjänster in 2009 as a District Manager in Recruitment, Outplacement, and Organizational Development. In 2012, they moved to Telia, taking on various HR roles, including HR Manager and HR Business Partner. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Tobii as the VP of People & Growth.

Ulrika Andersson obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on HR, from Lund University in the period from 2002 to 2006. In addition, they attended the University of Ottawa in 2005, where they studied HR and marketing.
